Just trying to see exactly who’s still in limbo. I certainly am, also I’m from Nevada for reference. And a friend of mine recieved his decision Monday (can’t be more than a couple miles away from me).

I’m with you Bill. I’m from NJ, and applied to Marshall. Did the rest of you still waiting apply to Marshall too?

^ I applied to Marshall too, but really, I haven’t seen too many people posting that they are still waiting anymore.

Maybe in some wierd way, its a good thing we are still waiting (scholarship or something)? Who knows, but I’ve lost most of my optimism at this point.

Where are you planning on going now? I’m most likely going to Texas McCombs, unless I get off the waitlist at UVA or Cornell.

UCLA for me, USC was my #1 for a long time because I didn’t think I had a chance at UCLA (out of state) but now if I ever get a decision and it’s an acceptance it would come down to the visits. Has your mail come today? Mine did, and nothing, of course.

STILL HAVEN’T HEARD.

This is really stupid.

Yeah mine came already. I also applied to UCLA OOS, but was rejected. I appealed, but haven’t heard back yet. You must have had quite good stats to get into UCLA OOS. It’d be hard to believe you wouldn’t get into USC.

when i was waiting ever-so-patiently—i mean that in the most sarcastic of senses, in case you cannot catch my humor—for my USC Fin. Aid packet, the cheerful—hah!—woman on the phone told me that they were waiting for all scholarship decisions to be made. she stated these decisions were to be made by march 30th or so.

i dunno. try explore usc again…(maybe you have, i can’t say.)

Alright well I called, and the the lady I talked to told me she couldn’t give me my decision over the phone but told me that if I had any other decisions go with thatHint hint So UCLA it is. I suggest you guys call dodgerblue and tawny.

Well at least you got something out of them. They wouldn’t tell me A THING. I’ve really lost my patience with them. I’m about ready to call tomorrow if I don’t get anything in the mail and request a manager and explain the situation. Depending on what happens, I’m tempted to write a letter to the dean as well. I honestly don’t understand how I wouldn’t be admitted. Looking at people who have gotten in on this forum, I seem to have higher stats than about 3/4 of them. I haven’t seen one person rejected with a high GPA and SAT score. I just don’t understand it. They told me they were still reviewing my application a week and a half ago. I applied in OCTOBER. What took so long?

I still don’t know either, i’m the only person in my school out of the 6 who applied that hasn’t heard yet. 2 got accepted and 3 got rejected.

benny, you haven’t heard yet? weird.

i haven’t heard yet. i’m one of only two (out of the 40 who applied) who hasn’t heard yet. i am so ticked off. what is the hold up?

I’m from southern cal and i still haven’t heard. I don’t understand what is taking so long! I’m so ticked off!!!

Maybe your GC can call USC on your behalf & find out what’s going on & why it’s taking them so long to get back to you. It would be worth a try anyway–I’d do it if in a similar situation.

My GC is out on maternity leave!

Congratulations to your GC. FYI still waiting in WI. But, the mail takes a lot longer to get here due to all the snow.
