I love it! It makes me feel like a kid in a candy store! It really does. Part of it is this false but exciting feeling that I’m going to start anew and be organized with my work starting next year and it’s because of the awesomeness of the classes I’m choosing.

That said, there isn’t that much choice. Next year my 4 core classes, my second language, TOK, and Health are basically must-takes, so I have room for one elective. But that’s good too because I fail at decision making. I’m like, “This is the class I’m definitely taking.” Five minutes later: “Wait no, I lied. That’s the class I’m definitely not taking.”

I Love being able to take classes I want to take. (The best and unfortunately the hardest courses offered). For that reason when I become I senior I will die a death of 5 APs

I like it, looking through the course catalogue, and thinking about electives. We’re the “elite” group of kids (course selection this year was during the period where we had IB Math HL), so the Head of the Guidance Department personally comes by for 30 minutes and answers “any questions we might have”. Makes you feel special (:

Cono: you can pick study halls?
at my school it’s either double up on something (which I respectively declined when I found out that doubling up with Chem and Physics wasn’t necessary because I can take it senior year) or it’s an elective… which all suck so I picked two that my friends are in.

I hate corse selection because I never know if my courses is too easy or too hard. This year is just right though.

I don’t like it because I already know the classes I’m going to have the next year plus there is rarely a new addition to the course load. So, basically, there’s no surprises which amounts to little excitement. Unfortunately.

I always thought it was fun.
Although kinda anticlimactic, because being in an SLC, we knew all the courses AND teachers we were going to have from freshman year on.

I kind of like it. It’s the time of year when I begin to propose more challenges which will overwhelm me next year. It’s a tradition.

SENIOR CLASSES !!!

i love the fact that I’m picking classes for my senior year.

^^^Same!!!

Can’t wait for next year, easier and more interesting schedule, college acceptances, it’s gonna be great. Wow I sound like a giddy school girl…

I also love course selection in a geeky, nerdy way except im not offered to pick next year’s courses until late march-mid april :/

I LOVE IT!!

We went paperless this year and the website is so intense! It has all the course info and the past syllabi. It’s really not that stressful because you have two weeks to register but you have to meet with your advisor and often times certain teachers if you’re dropping a language/taking way too many courses.
