Who is the most interesting professor on campus?

[Ronald Graham - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](Ronald Graham - Wikipedia)

His 1977 paper considered a problem in Ramsey theory, and gave a “large number” as an upper bound for its solution. This number has since become well known as the largest number ever used in a mathematical proof (is listed as such in the Guinness Book of Records), and is now known as Graham’s number.

Between 1993 and 1994 Graham served as the president of the American Mathematical Society. Graham was also featured in Ripley’s Believe It or Not for being not only “one of the world’s foremost mathematicians”, but also “a highly skilled trampolinist and juggler”, and past president of the International Jugglers’ Association.

I’ve just had Patrick Patterson for one day so far, and he’s already the most interesting professor I’ve had. My other favorites are John Czworkowski and Ron Evans.

^Agreed with patterson

Doppelt. He screams at you when he lectures.

Art Wolfe, Physics.

Throughout lecture this quarter, he’s been trying to use a bunch of phrases that “younger people” use. Today, he decided that he would continuously say “For example… I’m on a boat and then ______ happens.”

Well… its not really interesting as it is funny that he has no clue what he’s saying (some people call him out on what he says and he sits there confused)

I know a girl who is majoring in something like political science. Last year she had a girl professor…who was formerly a guy. Or the other way around?

Either way, interesting

Wayne K. Yang so far for me.
