<p>I’m applying there, and I heard about the diversity scholarship. Since I’m OOS, I can get free tuition! However, I am middle-eastern, and we are grouped under “white.” Can I get the scholarship? Thanks!</p>

<p>Are you talking about the Diversity Award? If so, even if you were eligible, you wouldn’t get “free tuition”, you’d “get” to pay instate rates. Look:

Award amount
Missouri resident: $2,500 per year
Non-Missouri resident: Waiver of nonresident tuition (approximately $14,000). Waiver of nonresident tuition is for a total of 8 regular semesters (fall and spring), students are not eligible for the waiver during summer terms.
