Ok who submitted the optional rec and who did you give it to?
And who submitted the what else would you like to know form? and what if you did what did you write in it?

I submitted the What else form. I added a paragraph describing some ECs/honors that I forgot on the common app. I also submitted an additional essay on the form.

I submitted the form with information on some websites that I had created and explaination of why I couldn’t do track one year due to an injury.

I submitted the optional rec form from my coach.

optional rec from a professor I work with.

i submitted an optional rec from my journalism advisor.

but i didn’t use the optional rec form…

I submitted an optional rec from my Theory of Knowledge/Psychology teacher. She wasn’t an academic teacher so I couldn’t use her as one of my two main ones, but I knew that one of my teacher recs would be glowing but rather dull (it’s kind of a dull class) and I am very close to my TOK teacher.

I’m thinking about submitting the “What else?” section.

Optional Rec from a friend, What Else had something I made at TASP

ah nice, what else people!? haha

I submitted an optional rec to the head of this organization I’ve done community service with these past four years. The organization has a program for junior high school students in the area, and I was a graduate of the program, so she has known me for quite some time. This past summer I actually worked for the organization, so I asked her to write the rec since she knew me as a participant, volunteer, and coworker.

I submitted a supplemental recommendation from my Theory of Knowledge/Journalism teacher and newspaper advisor. I thought about doing something for the “What else?” form, but since I was stressing out I completely forgot about it until I’d already mailed the application. :(

submitted a rec from a friend and an illustrated essay (environmental essay with pictures of me doing various community service activites and my outdoor recreational hobbies). ended up looking a bit like a collage … but somebody who got in ed recommended it.

I put some additional information about my GPA and Class rank and some of my classes in the section of the common app. That was OK, right?

My D submitted an essay about a bedroom makeover she did on a nationwide TV reality show.
