I joined my current school a year ago and although a lot of my teachers know me pretty well, many of the activities I put down were from my previous school.
Are teacher recommenders supposed to attest the activities you’ve done in school? Or are they solely “this is a good student, blablabla”

I would recommend retrieving a rec letter from a teacher that you know best and connect with most. So, it depends on who the teacher is. If you connect better with a teacher from the previous school, then definitely contact them! And vice versa!
