Who To Write Recommandations

I am a junior and thinking whether i should let my math or science teacher write the recommandation. I have more awards and is better in math. But just because of that, would another letter from math teacher seem meaning less? Or should I let my science teacher write a recon for me.

Any advise? THanx

I would think the awards would speak for themselves.

I had my math teacher write my recommendation because at the time I felt that she knew me better and was more impressed by me.

Pick who knows you well as both a student and a person. A teacher who you’ve gone above and beyond with, and can have conversations with. They’ll write you the best rec, regardless of subject.

I just got in to Caltech. I had two science prof’s (I take college courses) write recomendations (I don’t think more can hurt, unless they’re not very strong).

If you trust them both to write a good recommendation, have both of them write one.
