<p>Just venting my anger. I always asked myself how a beautiful and smart woman as Sandra Bullock married that kind of man? I knew the answer all along…and his behavior confirmed my suspicious.</p>
<p>I actually saw him on Celebrity Apprentice last yr and he seemed genuinely nice and considerate. I am not a fan of what he did to Sandra Bullock, but my belief is that when men do this, there is an underlying insecurity issue that they are facing. It is more about boosting their own self esteem then purposely hurting someone.</p>
<p>B&P, I am somewhat ashamed to say that I watched that show too. And I was actually quite impressed with JJ when he quietly addressed Dennis Rodman’s out of control drinking. I also liked the fact that he refused to exploit his wife, despite DT’s pushing him to do so.</p>
<p>Obviously he is a person with deeply contradictory sides to his personality. Like many. I don’t know what to make of him, actually.</p>
<p>What I don’t get is why people ever cared about this clown. He is the latest in a long time of modern “celebrities” that are famous for nothing.</p>
<p>I saw an old interview with Sandra Bullock in which she said she could take multiple physical infidelities before she could bear an emotional betrayal. I imagine she’s feeling the pain of both right now. He may not have been emotionally invested in these women, but Sandra has invested emotionally in HIM and believed in his regard, love, and respect for her. Right before the Oscars, she stated that for the first time in her life, she was in a relationship with someone who truly “had her back” and who had won her over with his “honesty.” In her Oscar acceptance speech, she made mention that she was grateful for her mother’s influence in her life, which had led her to develop as a person and to evolve to the point where she was able to “have that,” nodding at her husband. I imagine this all stings pretty badly.</p>
<p>Bulletandpima; I like your explanation…but insecurity aside was a moment’s thought given to what it would mean to his wife?..not just in this case but in Tiger’s or in any man or woman’s decision to cheat? It has been done to me twice (before marriage); makes it hard to have sympathy for the *&$?#</p>
<p>I agree that she exercised incredibly bad taste in her choice. Perhaps she thought she could change him - tough lesson learned. Who could really be surprised at how this turned out? He has a thing for porn stars and strippers. When you find yourself in a custody battle between your husband and his porn star ex wife, chances are the ride is going to end badly.</p>
<p>Shows how much I pay attention…last week when I saw the headline about “Jesse James Mistress” I thought, “Oh, they’ve solved a historical mystery?” </p>
<p>After the fact, I wonder if somehow she had an inkling that he was being unfaithful. During every recent acceptance speech, she just raved about his love and commitment to her, and hers to him. Just makes me wonder if this was her way of calling him out on it. I really feel bad for her.</p>
<p>Sandra Bullock…How the heck did she end up with that guy?!! I think she thought she was being creative. Looking at things in a unique way. Maybe that is a downside to uber-fame. You think you possess some kind of magic, where the laws of physics (and common sense) do not apply to you. </p>
<p>Jesse James…What a self-destructive fellow! He really struck gold in Sandra, and of course he had to mess it up for himself.</p>
<p>Reminds me of the frog and the scorpion. The scorpion (who cannot swim) begs the wary frog to give him a piggy-back ride across the river. The frog forgets his common sense, and decides that he can trust the scorpion because both of their lives depend on it. In the middle of the journey, the scorpion does of course sting the frog. With his last breath, the frog asks “Why???”. </p>

<p>Sad, very sad story…I watched the 2010 Oscars and felt so happy for Sandra Bullock.
My thought at that time was she really deserves the award. She sounded inspired and proud of her accomplishments. </p>
<p>Her happiness was contagious…So she was at the top of the world and now the betrayal of her husband, a cynical who has the chance of his life and decided to trash and ruin the opportunity of a life time and scarred a person that love him dearly. What a shame…</p>
<p>Lots of celeb women get into marriages that are head scratchers and perhaps creativity statements. Julia Roberts married Lyle Lovett. And Cybil Shepard married her auto mechanic.</p>
<p>An auto mechanic can be a very useful guy to have around, unlike some of these celebrity husbands…agree about Lyle Lovett, though. That’s a head scratcher.</p>
<p>Apparently Jesse wants to save their marriage. Why men fail to be honest? After they are caught then they want to save their marriage…ridiculous I will say.</p>
<p>^^^^There have been reports that he engaged in unprotected sex with at least one of his mistresses. If that’s true and I am Sandra Bullock, that’s a deal killer for me.</p>
