<p>Alex - I live in North Carolina right now</p>
<p>I figured out how to defeat a person in three moves in Yu-gi-Oh with common card and not those rare cards like Exodia. I had like 4 beyblades; my brother has like 13. Beyblade and Yu-gi-Oh were literally the mark of a new era. Just like how Digimon and Pokemon started an era.</p>
<p>Per the Mason-Dixon line, I technically live in the south, but Maryland doesn’t really feel like a southern state.</p>
<p>Beyblades are still “all the hype”, my brother has like ten of them. I was more of Pokemon person when I was little though.</p>
<p>Hahaha Mason-Dixon line… Anyone here from the North?</p>
<p>I’d just remember how all the boys would always spend every second of their recess time sitting on the floor playing Yugiyoh cards instead of running around playing tag.</p>
<p>For me, Yu-gi-oh was my passion. It was like chess, you had to think/strategize. </p>
<p>I remember my sixth grade dance, where there would be a group of girls giggling/talking/dancing in the middle of the gym, and a group of guys playing Yu-gi-Oh in the corner of the gym (in the dark). I belonged to the group playing Yu-gi-Oh, but I felt that not dancing would be a waste of the 10 dollar fee to go to the dance, so I would walk halfway to the girls and then walk back to play Yu-gi-Oh. I was so awkward then, and sort of still am. </p>
<p>I am from a place near the city of brotherly love.</p>

<p>I should have wrote that for my Common App Essay. That would have probably got me in.</p>

I’m not a huge fan of radio music, nor do I know what many songs on the radio are for that matter. But my brother showed me this song and I loooove it.</p>
