I don’t really like that type of music, at all. I just really enjoy how high he can sing and the song just perfectly epitomizes the emotions he is trying to express.

We Found Love - Rihanna is a pretty good song. There are some good remixes out there.

I LOVED POKEMON WHEN I WAS A KID! I still do actually, is that weird?

@EmPaige21

As for mainstream music, just ask me. Where I live, that’s all we listen to, the radio.

If you like that song, you should listen to these as well and see if you like them:
We Found Love - Rihanna
It Will Rain - Bruno Mars
Someone Like You - Adele
Moves Like Jagger - Maroon 5
The One that Got Away - Katy Perry
Stereo Hearts - GCH

Anyone here like Dream Theater or Incubus?

@laodicean and the other person I forgot who said they watch iCarly. I pretty much still watch all that stuff.

LOL free2rhyme - teenage boys don’t admit those kinds of things in a public forum!

I have no shame. My friends think its so hip and pimpin’. Girls just fawn over me when I talk about the various benefits and consequence of each super saiyan level in DragonballZ.

But, in all seriousness. I pretty much watch everything. I don’t just watch children shows, but animations, anime, movies, sitcoms, soap operas, everything pretty much.

Last FRIENDS video:

<a href=“Friends Baby Got Back - YouTube”>Friends Baby Got Back - YouTube;

The last part is the funniest.

HAHA agreed. ^ Not so sure if Dragonballz is “hip and pimpin’” though…

I bet you don’t listen to Kpop music.

Suprisingly, one of my korean friends did show me a few groups (no ideas what the names are) but yes I have watched them as well.

@sweetpuri, I don’t know why but sometimes I just incorporate some jokes comedians say into my daily conversations, even if it is not related. That phrase is from Russel Peters.

Dude I’m the coolest kid in my school. Everyone plays Pokemon because of me :)

Not really, but in all seriousness, I don’t want to ever grow up!

were they girl or boy groups?

They were dudes.

One thing I admit I haven’t watched which I should have seen by now is “Lost”. I am going to start watching that after first semester. In my junior year, I found “Heroes” unfortunately, they discontinued it. But it was going downhill anyway.

@laodicean, I know what you mean. If there was a portion on the SAT that tested you on Pokemon, I would get an 800 without even studying no doubt.

Was your friend a girl then? I can usually identify which group based on its number size and whatever distinctive english phrase or word being repeated a bajillion times throughout the song.

Again, surprisingly, it was a guy. He showed me on his ipod of a bunch of guys dancing. It was probably around 5-8 guys on average for each group. But I don’t remember the words/phrases they said; he told me to focus on the dancing because it was so impressive.

The music and the dancing isn’t that bad actually; its pretty catchy. I just searched kpop on youtube hoping to find some groups and found a girl group. They looked like Barbie dolls.

That’s slightly abnormal for a guy to follow boy bands, just sayin’.

a few pages late but
@laodicean
disney movie marathon for suree!

Hey, don’t hate! I like One Direction and I’m a guy.

I don’t know during an assembly, he showed it to me on his iPod. And since I had no idea what to expect, I just agreed that the dancing was pretty good.

To keep this thread going:

Rank your favorite characters in the Office.

EDIT: For you laodicean, What is your favorite sport?

I feel so left out! I don’t watch TV. Ever.
