I applied to CAS.
I had a GPA of 3.325 from a 4 year college in Australia.
Not so good essays.</p>

<p>hectic! The lay offs were postponed for January. and ppl are complaining that they are extending the ordeal even longer. The economy is horrible and the political party obssesion is blinding people from the reality. Like for ex. the newpaper reports about the unemployment but they don’t say anything about how the unemployment has actually gotten lower and the economy is improving. it is crazy. The crime rate is off the roof. is scary to even step outside I’m expecting a revolution any time soon. I’m curious. What have you heard?</p>

<p>I just heard from someone that if I spent more than 2 years at college, I will have a less chance of getting in as a transfer. But hearing from calpoly, it is not always true. I am glad and feel like maybe I could apply again. Wow you guys are being so helpful Maybe I will send friend requests to you guys on facebook, so that we can keep in touch. </p>

<p>Yeah, FB friend us, valv! And you should totally apply again, and do what I suggested, keep in touch with the ad-coms via email, calls, a discussion about what you can do to improve your application (imperative everyone reapplying does this!!)</p>

<p>actually me interviewer was great… our convo lasted 2 hours… she told me I was a great applicant and have all the qualities that she looks for in an applicant and she is suppose to rank me out of 5…and she indirectly told me that she is giving me a 5? haha… but I bascially wanted to know if all interviewers said good things to all their applicants because my interviewer was so extremely nice. I wanted to know if all the interviewers are the same( you know just to make us feel better, and flattery us.) because I rather she be honest with me ahhaha… but anyways my interviewer was an asian grl…she has an awesome personality. how long did ur interview last?</p>

<p>Whoa, a 2 hour interview? Crazy. Mine only lasted for 18 minutes, but Ian was a really cool guy and he said I was a pretty good fit. I guess the ILR interviews are more informal than those for the hotel school.</p>
