<p>I want to wish all of my CC friends a Happy Thanksgiving!!<br>
Every year, my family & I go to my Aunt & Uncle’s house. It’s alot of fun…they have a small city home, filled w/45+ relatives!!! Everyone over 70 yrs gets a chair and the rest of us eat anywhere we can…front porch, stairs, edge of the couch, etc. It’s crowded, but, everyone has a great time. This will be my her 24th year hosting TG!!
On Christmas, the same group heads over to my house!!<br>

<p>So I’ve been kind of writing essays and attempting to get ready to make a bunch of calls to animal hospitals. My boyfriend’s ex-gf who I used to…greatly dislike works at the animal hospital that I DESPERATELY want to work at, because half of the doctors graduated from cornell and one specializes in feline veterinary science. Time to bury the awkwardness and the hatchet and ask her for help. xD If anything, rejection has taught me a lot of humility.</p>
<p>Though my family’s chinese, Thanksgiving’s still a huge tradition of ours (I guess we’re whitewashed even though I’m first generation chinese american). We usually celebrate with my dad’s side of the family. Someone cooks a huge turkey, we have all the traditional Thanksgiving dishes, but then you have random chinese food stuck on the side (eggplant, shrimp…) and then my great-aunt really likes making couscous, so…there’s couscous.
Also tofu ice cream. And lots of pie <3.</p>

<p>Oh so here’s my recent news:
a) Confirmed my deposit was received.
b) Confirmed that financial aid packages will be released mid-December for all (some perhaps sooner, but don’t count on it.)
c) Still no netID in the mail yet, beginning to think that might come along with housing the week after T-giving. At least those of us who have heard will (hopefully) find out where they’re slotting us.</p>

<p>For your interview, it never hurts to thoroughly think about your response to typical questions that they’ll ask beforehand and to know the gist of how you’ll respond.</p>
<p>U guys are crazy!! My grandma is the hottest!!! She really is…even when she is driving her wheelchair into innocent bystanders!! Everyone on this site is absolutely gorgeous… inside and out!!! :0
