<p>So to all you transfers, who's writing your recommendation? I go to a HUGE state university and I'm considering transferring for my sophomore year. The schools I'm looking at each require a recommendation letter from a current teacher. I can honestly say I don't know any of my teachers one bit. I have gotten pretty great grades on my Chemistry exam, and since my major is Biochemistry, should I just ask my Chemistry professor even though he doesn't even know me?</p>
<p>By the way, the adcom takes this into consideration that people who come from large schools can't always produce the best rec letter, right?</p>
