<p>SOMEBODY is to blame for the sky-high price of malpractice insurance, a.k.a. the cause of our health care crisis. It is either lawyers, or…another entity that someone good at arguing could convince me exists. who is it?</p>
<p>First of all, I think there’s more to it than malpractice insurance, and secondly I think the HMOs play a significant role (and I’m referring to more than just pumping up prices). But certainly unscrupulous lawyers are also a part of it.</p>
