<p>Which investment bank has the most prestigious/elite IBD division (not considering S&T or research)?</p>

<p>In other words, which investment bank has the best reputation for being the best at the sell-side (M&A, IPO advising,etc)? </p>

<p>Their buy-side reputation need not be factored.</p>

<p>however who is the best can def vary by group/industry and region ex…Goldman TMT, Morgan Stanley M & A, JPM SLM or UBS LA etc</p>
