<p>My first assignment for my AP English Lang class is to write an essay explaining why i joined AP.</p>
<p>Why did you join your AP classes in school?</p>
<p>So I can attain the highest G.P.A. possible. :D</p>
<p>Not to be rude, but I really, really hope you’re asking this question to generate conversation and not just to give you answers for your AP Lang assignment because you’re too lazy to think of them.</p>
<p>With that being said, here’s my list (in no particular order):</p>
<ol>
<li>Greater diversity of classes - there isn’t any regular calculus or statistics or psychology or European history or computer science (or etc.) at my school.</li>
<li>College credit / placement.</li>
<li>Not being in classes with all lazy dunces (just half lazy dunces).</li>
<li>The best teachers at my school teach AP as opposed to regular / honors.</li>
<li>Challenging myself in terms of workload and time management.</li>
<li>Bragging rights.</li>
<li>Getting into a top college by taking these courses.</li>
<li>Getting to be valedictorian.</li>
</ol>
<p>Lol Don’t worry, i already finished my essay i ended up explaining the importance of communication for success later on. When you use Iaccoca in your essay trust me if i wanted ideas i would have asked earlier.</p>
<p>Having a long-term test at the end makes me much more motivated to actually learn things. The finals at my school can typically be exempted.</p>
<p>prepare for college, college credit, not having as many lazy/stupid/dumb people in the class, like challenges</p>
