<p>Heh… well, I guess he didn’t do his “research” about Brown! (Ha…ha…get it? I didn’t think so…)</p>
<p>Here’s why I’m applying to Brown (and hoping I get in…)
-It has the best ScB-Biology program for me
-No core requirements, and a few random classes I really want to take there
-Near a city, but not IN a city</p>
<p>Question: What can Brown do for you? (actually, I have no questions)</p>
<p>LOL! I guess that’s a symptom of ADD or perhaps, dun, dun, dun…sleep deprivation!</p>
<p>I’m applying to Brown (and DESPERATELY hoping to get in)
-Only school that i know of that offers a major exclusively in HUMAN bio (great start to any med career)
-PLME
-Not to make it seem like I’m “using” Brown for it’s prestige, but it definitely will help along the line if I don’t get accepted into the PLME and I need to apply to med school, when med colleges are looking at apps and see a applicant from an Ivy vs. a state university or a college of lesser prestige…</p>

<p>no requirements, strong IR/economics and bio, providence is pretty cool</p>
<p>great neuroscience department, great time when i was in the summer program, and not too far from Boston</p>
<p>My reasons when I applied were:</p>

<li>top school</li>
<li>liberal, open minded student body</li>
<li>intimate atmosphere yet still not too small</li>
<li>Thayer street is very cool, loved the campus overall</li>
</ul>
<p>I like Brown for many reasons:</p>
<p>-Ivy League
-Liberal & open minded students
-Nice campus
-Open curriculum (I’m undecided in majors)
-One of top 5 schools with highest rate of its graduates accepted into other medical schools
-Fits my personality- laid back but intellectual
-No cutthroat competition
-Happiest students
-Near the city (I hate cities and rurals as well)
-OC characters applying to Brown</p>
<p>-Open curriculum: I enjoy the idea of an extensive core (Chicago) and the extreme opposite. I’m not sure what I’m going to do but I like the idea of sampling a large platter of courses with few inhibitions. (My interests are quite eclectic.)
-Liberal, open-minded, laidback
-Fantastic neuroscience program: an unusual # of students take part of the intro neuro course!
-Prestigious :o</p>
