<p>I’m looking into applying for Chapman’s broadcast journalism and TV department, but there are like two different essays I have to write for the department, plus the supplement, plus the application. I am overwhelmed and contemplating not applying. How were you able to cope with the whole college application process?</p>
<p>I think it is a way to weed out the applicants that don’t want to really go to their school (because they wouldn’t put the effort into doing it) or aren’t fit for their school (again, for the lack of effort). I you want to go there, I’d put the energy into writing the essays…they are a lot easier once you start :)</p>
