why can't i add PH 142A and what are some good upper divs for IB?

<p>it says there’s room on telebears but when i add it says there’s a waitlist and then it says i can’t be added to it after i press yes.</p>

<p>I think it’s restricted to PH majors now. When school starts just go to the lecture anyway and they’ll give you waitlist instructions. Basically you’ll have to sign up at 7:00AM on the day that they tell you guys that non-PH majors will be able to get in. (At least that’s how it was last year.)</p>
