<p>To all of you who have completed your application essays, why did you choose the topic(s) you did? Did you look for something about you that was offbeat or did you pick the topic that was the easiest to write about? Did you have multiple essays and choose among them?</p>
<p>Well, I applied for colleges two years ago. But when I did, I did indeed have several essays I looked for ways to re-use.</p>
<p>Other than that, I just chose the topic that was easiest to write about. But then, I’m not good about coming up with off beat topics.</p>
