<p>It’s a show of superiority usually. Done for the same reason that all bullying occurs, within a sex as much as between them.</p>

<p>Personally, I would have no additional problems hitting a female than I would hitting a male of equivalent build and stature.</p>

Uh, I was playing pokemon and some girl came upto me and snatched my GBA away; as a result, when I snatched it back I pressed the move “sand-attack” (entirely useless) and as a result I died in the Elite Four league, out of extreme rage I was like “Oh (%&# NO” and called her a couple bad names and next thing…</p>

<p>Good thing I’m athletic (enough). That was end of freshman year, when I was becoming a little out of shape too…</p>

Um, I had already beaten the game several times and so I was training weak pokemon for fun (in hopes of getting the pokedex filled as much as possible), and at that point my exp. share was taken off so I had to send out the weak pokemon first then switch it right before the other guy attacked, but no…</p>

I wouldn’t be too sure…she was a soph then, kinda scary. We’re good friends now…</p>
