Why do you LOVE where you're going?

Let’s take advantage of our last few months of completely idealistic pre-frosh points of view. Why are you excited to go where you’re going?

Why I love Vassar:

Renowned academics, broad scope of classes, lots of discussion, lots of contact with professors, research opportunities

Cool, intelligent, quirky, liberal student body

Gorgeous campus

OK, I’ll tell you why my son loved his first year at Case Western.

He said “It’s as if you took all my favorite type of people from HS and put them all in one place.”

(He likes smart, funny geeky types.) He also likes the professors he has interacted with.

And he likes the musical opportunities–he sings in 3 choirs, so it’s even better than HS! ;)

Why I Love Barnard:

 1. Location: You can’t beat NYC! It boast amazing internship opportunities as well as a whole slew of cultural experiences.
 2. Free housing if you have a summer internship
 3. Amazing advising
 4. Cross-registration with Columbia
 5. Amazingly intelligent student body from all over the globe
 6. Great traditions (like Midnight breakfast the night before finals)
 7. So much more!!

I’m soooo psyched for this fall! BARNARD '11! :D
