<p>I’m trying to use the esters in them for cooking (and interestingly they’re cheaper, prolly cuz of the reduced taxes). Yet the grocery store still calls for ID! Because of the 0.5% alcohol? Really? That’s a reason? What about vanilla extract or other natural product extracts, which have 40% alcohol to keep the compounds solvated? </p>

<p>What about wine esters in a little bottle, in concentrated form?</p>
