Why does "Cracking the ACT" Have Two Versions?

I cannot comprehend the differences between the two 2014 Cracking the ACT books. One has three practice tests while the other has four and DVD. So are the practice tests the same, or are they different and more or less?

I remember trying to figure this out in the book store when I got the Cracking the ACT.

There is literally no difference between the two books except the one extra practice test and the DVD. If you feel that extra test and DVD are necessary, go for it. Otherwise just stick with the three test-book and save yourself some money.
