why does graduates from YLS take the bar exam and NY?

<p>Obvi, because they want to practice law. You can’t practice unless you pass the bar the state bar where you want to work.</p>

<p>A significant number of people who take the NY bar exam simultaneously take the bar exam in another state (typically CT, MA or NJ). I have to imagine that graduates from YLS are no different.</p>
