Why is high school like jail?

<p>If you sit and think about it, high school really is like jail.
We sit in 84 minute classes then half way through the day get dismissed for a 20 minute lunch. We are delivered the same food that goes to jails. Oh, what about gym? Gym is the same as recreation time outside at the jail.
Yay! I love going to jail, I mean school.
I really just want to get to college, but ill only be a sophmore this coming september.</p>

<p>No high school is like a 9 to 5 job. Really its a great guage to see if you can hack it in a cubicle, nicely dressed type world. If you like school chances are you will be getting a normal 9 to 5 40 hr a week job. If you hate it chances are you will be getting the job that people deem as unuasual.</p>

<p>Imprisonment in the sense that it is mandatory that you stay within school premises at all times.</p>

<p>The type of imprisonment you would find at a jail goes beyond just physical restrictions.</p>
