just curious to see what’s inside and why its not just a regular letter like everywhere else lol
i was rejected in case you couldn’t tell :(

Because a big PACKAGE is better than a small PACKAGE. People are always envious of those who are blessed to have received a big PACKAGE.

so you know you can kill yourself without even opening anything.
thin envelope= goodbye
thick/bulky envelope= you lucky s.o.b.

My ***** is only average sized… :(

^Mine is super-sized!!!

The “Big Package” contains a book, and Finacial aid information along with the acceptance letter.
Shame on you boys.

awww… when I saw package, I was actually thinking something more than papers… like a gift

Don’t all colleges send a large envelope to accepted people?

what kind of book?

It wasn’t heavy or anything. It has a folder w/ the acceptance letter, fin. aid info, I got a little note from my advisor, and just traveling plans. It’s pretty awesome. Waiting on my other packages :-)

Ohh, I just got my package and realized what you mean. Yea its weird that they didn’t just use one of those big envelopes.

Guys do you know how much the big packages weight? will it be like 0.7 lb/.3 kg?

It also has this big poster with a picture of Columbia one it. It’s pretty.

lol at prospectivest…why does the weight matter?
yeah the poster is awesome i hung it up right after i got it haha

I got in ED, and the package is AWESOME. It has a financial aid packet, your acceptance letter (obviously), an adorable “blue view” (essentially a very large poster of Columbia’s campus), and other things. It’s awesome. Don’t hate on the package.

wait so it doesn’t come in a big envelope like everyone else’s? what does “package” mean?
