Good example @VeryHappy, although I have the hand crank model and the same one for 30+ years so, fortunately, little cost and little space needed.
Coffee maker is another.
But my hand crank can opener also has a bottle opener, so is it ineligible for this discussion?
Respectfully disagree. Can opener is a dual-function device. It gets my cats out of their hiding places in addition to opening cans.

Thank GOODNESS! I could never figure out whether to turn the knife,the banana, or the kitchen island 90 degrees.
