why must competitive sports be only for the youth =(

Only reason why I’d want to be in school again is to play my sports. Wrestled in HS (college didnt have wrestling program) and boxed at an out-of-school club in college. Could continue amateur boxing but really, I’m in the real world now and have to worry about the important part of life which is making a living. In school you can afford to make sports a huge part of your life and people will respect you if you’re a good athlete.

Miss my sports =(

Let us discuss how we miss youth sports.

Don’t miss sports 'cause I never stopped.
Around here we have plenty of adult leagues that meet in the evening or on weekends-soccer, basketball, tennis, squash, softball, baseball, lacrosse, paddle, flag football, rugby, crew, etc… Wrestling might be tough to find, as are field hockey and full contact football, but just about anything else is available. Why not pick up a new sport?

Dad just joined a adult’s lacrosse league. He only knew about the sport when I started playing 4-5 years ago, and he’s 51
