Why do colleges ask you to slef report grades when they get the transcript?

<p>what if you took a class more than once (for instance band) and you get an A for one year, but a B+ the next, do you list your latest grade or highest grade</p>

<p>You would list it twice, IMHO. If it allows you to, distinguish the two. </p>

<p>For example:</p>

<p>Band (10th) - A</p>

<p>and</p>

<p>Band (11th) - B</p>

<p>and if there’s not enough space?</p>
