I want to learn as a computer science; also i am an international student. I really need Financial Aid, i can afford at most 10k a year. I wonder why even though there are a lot of schools which are generous for international students, most of them are Liberal art schools. I am little bit worried that if i wouldn’t be able to be admitted in engineering schools which i applied. Because the engineering schools which offers FA to international student have high requirements. So, although i have a great aspiration to learn in good engineering school, maybe, i would have to choose one of the liberal art school someday.

Supply and demand, IMO.

There is high demand for engineering programs from international students…so, why give incentive, via financial aid, to attend?

olin and there is a boys college tht gives out full ride to all. I forget the name.

sry, but there are very few US colleges that are both need-blind to internationals for admissions and that offer full financial aid. For that matter, there aren’t that many colleges that meet 100% of financial need for domestic students. And, yes, they are all highly selective.
