So, I have some documents that MUST be sent out tomorrow (er–sometime today I guess now). I saved them in Rich Text Format. I was about to send them off, but decided to double check them, so I sent it to myself, and re-openned all of my documents. For some reason it wasn’t formatted right, so I re-did that and saved again. I’ve tested various times and in various ways, and for some reason it isn’t saving. It’s still not formatted correctly. Is it something dealing with RTF, or what. I’m using open office.

Typically formatting instructions are embedded in the word processing software and do not all translate to anther a form. It depends how specific the formatting is to the program. When I ran a sample in open office to test, a notice box came up stating that formatting may be lost in rich text formats. Choose a different format to save it. Just use open office.

Can you send it as a PDF? There’s a program called cutePDF that should convert it for free.

I managed to figure it out!

Thanks!

(It was for a writing program, so I wanted to have it editted out well.)
