<p>I think my essays set me apart. I also think that the crap-level of NYC public high schools combined with my degree of intellectual maturation despite that was a help. I’m also Puerto Rican and I’m sure it was considered, but I’m also sure I would have gotten in regardless. My numeros were very good and so was my application in general.</p>
