<p>I don't understand why some individuals are being deferred/accepted/rejected even when they submitted their application relatively late in the "game". For example, I submitted mine in late January and was deferred on the 10th, while someone else who submitted their application before mine has yet to know. Any method to the madness? Discuss.</p>
<p>Depends on who your regional representatives are and what volume of applicants they had. Also, some applications need to be reevaluated (difficult decisions) and some don’t.</p>
