Will 540 Physics hurt me? (UC's)

So i took my SAT II’s this past June, and I got a 680 on MATH IIC and a 540 on physics. I was unprepared for the physics exam, and it was ultimately TOO difficult for me.

I plan on self-studying BIO and hoping for a 650+. Should I retake the Math IIC as well?
And will the schools find out about my 540 on physics?

I plan on applying to the UC’s, 1st choice UCLA.

I mean, weren’t the UC’s considering omitting the sat II’s from being part of the admission process?

If you think you’re up to it, study physics more and try to break 600.

Yes it =would hurt your chances. At least aim for 600-650. And the 680 in Math 2 is kind of low as well. The curve is really generous, so getting a 680 means you missed quite a few questions.
