Will a 29/30 in ACT math look weak for engineering and computer science?

I am applying for engineering and computer science but I only have a 29/30 depending on whether or not I’m superscoring

Depends on which school your applying to.

Not enough info. You would not only need to list out the schools you plan to apply to, but what state you are in, your unweighted GPA, and the rigor of your classes (what APs have you taken).

For MIT, yes. For Penn State Behrend - no.

Where are you looking to apply?

Right some of the unis I’m looking at are: WPI, RPI, Mines, CU Boulder, and maybe Brown Early Decision

I agree with the above but will address your question more directly. It’s a low score. For engineering you want math and science to be your better scores. The question is why is it low? What is your highest math so far and what are the unweighted grades. You need a good foundation of math for engineering.

As stated there are many different schools of engineering and not all need tip top grades.
