<p>I was wondering if a certificate from a prominent government organisation that speaks highly of me would increase my chances of getting into college. I had been working for 3 months for an environment project dealing with analysis on pollution and its impacts. I received the letter late though in mid- January. SO I had to scan It and email it to colleges. </p>
<p>What are the odds that it will help me get in? (considering there are schools that are highly eco friendly and try to minimize carbon footprint.)</p>
