And the richest man is indeed Mexican but thats because he owns mexico pretty much in mexico monopolies are not illegal like in the states, although i would consider Microsoft almost like a monopoly if it wasn’t for Apple. So carlos slim is the richest because monopolies are not illegal in mexico.</p>
