<p>So im currently a freshman with hopes of going to and ivy league school. I’ve maintained a 4.o the entire year with some honors and 1 AP class. But, I think I might be getting a B in math this quarter. I know it’s really early, but will this B tarnish my chances?</p>
<p>Do you believe that only 4.0 students get admitted to Yale or the other seven Ivies? Your answer to that will be the same answer to your question.</p>
<p>Drunk driving might kill you. A “B” in a class may marginally affect some of your college admissions. Let’s say you get all A’s and don’t get into Yale. That isn’t the end of the world, as thousands of kids learn each spring.</p>
<p>Psssh… I had two B’s when I turned in my application before, and both of them were in non-AP classes (ironically)</p>

<p>let me second the above, oh and add in a non2400, and not the most stellar extracurriculars they’ve ever seen, and no gasp worl renowned talent either :)</p>
