Will being Salvadoran or a URM (underrepresented minority) help me get into USC?

<p>I was wondering whether or not being Salvadoran (El Salvador) help me get into a good college, particularly USC?</p>

<p>I have a 3.7 GPA with plenty of ECs. I have to retake the ACT in the fall.
Would should I be aiming for?</p>
