Hello, at the beginning of the school year I decided to self-study an AP test. I took a practice exam and scored rather poorly (I’m talking 1 or 2). Will bombing this AP test affect my chances at top-tier schools (Stanford, Harvard, etc.)? I can probably get 5s on my other 8 AP tests though
You don’t have to report AP test scores to any school (at least not to my knowledge), so what they don’t know can’t really hurt you.
AP scores carry little to no weight in college admissions; they are used mainly for credit and/or placement.
