Will they accept Business Communications as an english credit in highschool?

What do you mean? Are you asking if CMU will consider BComm as one of your mandatory 4-years of English required to apply, or are you asking whether CMU will give you credit once you are accepted for a BComm class taken in high school?

The answer to both questions is still almost certainly “no”, so I guess the differentiation isn’t crucial. CMU only takes APs for CMU credit, and only a score of 5 (sometimes 4) will get you that credit.

im asking if they will accept it as one of the 4 credits of english required in highschool. And what would happen if i took it and applied, would they even consider me or just throw out my application?

Unless Business Communications is recognized as a college preparatory English course by your school’s district, it will not be counted as one of your mandatory 4-years required to apply. They will usually not consider your application at all if you don’t meet the basic application requirements.

My roommate actually did not fulfill the basic requirements as well. What you will need to do is finish whatever you are missing in summer school before coming to CMU.
Best thing to do though is to contact CMU admissions, preferably by phone.
