Will colleges look at "incomplete" applications?

I submitted my first application and sent my high school transcripts a few weeks ago. They received it, but since I’m a dual enrollment student, they also want my college transcript. My college classes and grades are on my high school transcript but they still want it. My guidance counselors says I should wait for the semester, if not the end of the year, to send them my college transcripts, but since they are still waiting on them…will they not look at my application? Will I still get a decision?

Do what the college admissions office asks and submit a transcript of anything you can, and have your GC address this for you with admissions.

I’m guessing the high school transcript would still meet the minimum requirements to be considered complete.

Yes, I just got off the phone with admissions. Admissions director said since I’m a dual enrollment student my H.S. transcripts are sufficient to make a decision.
