Will colleges take this into consideration?

My school is a private Christian school and unfortunately, it focuses more on Bible-related activities versus real academics. A lot of my classes don’t count for CSU/UC credit and I had to take these classes in order to graduate; so my question is, will colleges take this into account?

I had to take: 4 yrs of Bible, Health/Comp Career 1 yr, Seminar Class 4 yrs, Student Services 1 yr. It has affected my GPA and has thus lowered it. Had these classes counted for college I would have at least a 4.0…would colleges take these unnecessary classes into account?
