I put that I took complex analysis first semester, but I had to drop it and switch to differential equations because I wasn’t prepared enough. I notified all of my colleges of my changes, but I did so very close to the final decision date. Could this get my acceptances rescinded?
Not at all. You did the right thing with notifying the schools. Their decision won’t reflect what is really a minimal change in your application.
