<p>I was accepted for transfer at another school. The thing is I’m going to fail engineering chemistry. Will this make the other school revoke their admission?</p>
<p>It depends on the school, but there is a chance they will. Be proactive. Telephone the admissions office and ask to speak to an admissions counselor. (Do not speak to a part-time worker.) Tell them what’s up. Agree to do anything possible to demonstrate that you’re still a good match for the school. For example, you could have someone important send a letter explaining extenuating circumstances, take a summer class, even enter on probation.</p>
