Will I be able to get accepted into these colleges?

I’m a high school Junior IB Diploma Candidate.
My diploma plan is: HL Eng, HL Calc, HL Physics, SL Chem, SL Psych and SL Spanish
I got all A’s the last two trimesters (my school has trimesters)
I’m leading Korean language club at my school and am a member of my school’s Mu Alpha Theta club.
I decided I want to major in engineering because HL Physics is my favorite class and I got A’s on all of the assignments, projects and tests in that class.
I’m planning to take Math Level II and Physics SAT Subject tests. I’m also taking AP Calc BC test in May.
But I’m a little bit worried about my SAT scores… I got 780 in math but got 550 in CR and 660 in writing (prob because I moved to the states 5 years ago from Korea so english is my weak point). I’m hoping to improve CR and WR scores when I take the test again in the fall.

I’m going to submit applications to these schools:
Georgia tech, RIT, University of Rochester, Rose-Hulman Inst. of Tech, Northeastern Univ, Drexel Univ and Cooper-Union (although highly unlikely that they would accept me…)

So here are my questions…
Do you think I will be able to get accepted into these colleges with a lot of scholarships?
Also, do female engineering applicants have an advantage in college admissions?
