Will I be able to get into McGill?

I’m in my fourth year of medical school in Iraq and after finishing medical school I will change my course to social science probably in one of universities in Canada especially McGill ( I hope)

But what is requirements?

in Iraq we don’'t have GRE but I’ve got 669/700(95.5%) at national Entrance examination that must be passed for entering university

another point; in Iraq After the first year of high school, students should choose their general branches(social science and arts or science like physics and chemistry biology math…etc hence I didn’t study social science in school from high school and doesn’t included in national Entrance examination for my branch does it all affect my acceptance

I will gain MBCHB (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) after finishing medical school

also i heard about SAT exams what are they ? after all that studying should I study physics and biology …etc again but I studied them in college(organic chemistry, biophysics, biology, biochemistry, physiology…)
what’s your opinion about my status , and about my acceptance in Canadian universities especially McGill

no answer after lot of readings
