Will I be considered young?

<p>I’m an incoming freshman for Fall 2006 and I just turned 17 this year… Will I be younger than the rest of the class? How old was everybody during their freshman year?</p>

<p>I’m going to be 17…but only for like 2 months then i turn 18. But if you just turned 17 this year…i think you will be younger than most freshman</p>

<p>Nobody will notice/care. This stands true no matter what your age because Berkeley students aren’t known for being particularly engaging or nice to one another.</p>

<p>Most college freshman turn 19 during or around their freshman year in college… so your one year younger…lol dont worry about…nobody will car.</p>

<p>You’re a bit young. I’m one of the younger freshmen (well now I guess I’m a sophomore) and I turned 18 in mid-December (during finals season, ew) It doens’t matter that much. I mean, yeah, I had to forge my parents signature for a liability form for the RSF (gym) because I couldn’t be bothered to mail the form down for my parents to sign, but that’s really it. Oh…well, once in awhile there are parties that claim to be 18+, but it really doesn’t matter (just show your Berkeley ID card instead of your driver’s license) As far as alcohol goes, makes no difference because all freshmen will be in the same boat until about junior year.</p>

but i honeslty think that it doesn’t matter
no one cares how old you are
you’re iin college
adn even if you cant go into a bar
you can always go drink at parties</p>

<p>Yeah I’m a little older, I turn 19 early on, during Welcome Week. Doesn’t matter. I don’t care.</p>
