Your final transcript is a condition for you to be enrolled at the college. By not sending the transcript the acceptance may be rescinded. It’s comparable to be approved for a mortgage on the condition of you sending in your pay stub to prove your income.

final transcript is needed to see your final grades. Alot of seniors have a tendency to have a fall off 2nd semester and get really poor grades. There should be no reason why you cant send it unelss you got a D or multiple C’s and are just trying to avoid sending it. All you ahve to do is call your school and ask them to send it. They may charge a small fee but thats it.

I think OP may not be able to produce the transcript because he did not graduate, otherwise his HS would have automatically sent in the transcript.

High schools I know do not automatically send transcripts. You have to request the send. You have been specifically asked to send it, which indicates you may already be beyond the usual due date of that college. If you do not send, they could revoke your admission. More likely, what will occur is that you will show up for college and be put on hold – you will not be allowed to complete orientation or attend class – until it is produced. Then if they see your transcript thereafter and realize you withheld sending before so as not to reveal poor grades, they may revoke your admission not for bad grades but for trying to be sneaky.
